Seeing Marie

Seeing Marie had a long journey. First performed at North West Playwrights Workshops in 1989, it was then commissioned by Bristol Old Vic, who didn't do it, and then produced at the Old Red Lion in London during 1994.

It's the story of two old schoolfriends who meet again years after one has blinded the other in a science lesson prank. On a drunken journey through Bristol in search of the eponymous Marie, they deal with the past and future.
